First log in to the portal using your student id. Under the Library tab on the portal, you will find login information for Architectural Record. Copy and paste the username and password. Once you are logged in, do a keyword search for case studies, or look under the Projects menu ---> Building Type Studies. "Healthcare" is one category of building type that may be useful for this course; "Adaptive Reuse" is another.
Again, log in to the portal. Use the hyperlink on the left to go to the NYSID Library homepage. Under the Resources tab at the top, you will find Building Green listed. Once on their homepage, try a keyword search for case studies, or look under the "Building Projects and Types" tab for useful categories.
High Performance Buildings Database:
The U.S. Department of Energy provides case studies of high performance buildings on their website.
