For this phase of your project, you will need to visit the lobby and the restaurant/bar/café of a boutique hotel and prepare a case study report.
Possibilities include the Ace Hotel, Standard High Line, Dream Hotel, Andaz Wall Street, James Soho, Hudson Hotel, the Library Hotel, the MAve, the Jane, or another site approved by your professor.
