Several New York City libraries (such as the Avery Art & Architectural and Fine Arts Library) are not open to the public except with a METRO Referral card. If you need an item that isn’t available at a library you DO have access to, a NYSID librarian can issue a METRO Referral card for one of these libraries. You may not check out books to take home.
